In memory of Clara Kemila Anderson (B.A./63, B.S.W./65, M.S.W./66), Lady Stick of Social Work in 1965-66, Mr. Peter D. Anderson, her husband, has established an awards fund at The University of Manitoba. From this fund, two annual awards will be available annually:
effective in 1983, to the student who, in fulfilling the graduation requirements for the Master's degree, submits the best thesis or the best practicum in the Social Clinical Stream in the Master of Social Work program;
effective in 1985, to the student who holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Manitoba and who obtains the highest admission score to the Master of Social Work program. The state of the fund supporting these awards will be reviewed annually and, if further donations to, or earnings on, the fund permit, the value of the awards will be increased. |
