Eligibility The Antenbring Graduate Scholarship in Engineering has been established by the estate of the late C.V. Antenbring, P.Eng., a highly respected pioneer in the field of structural engineering in Canada and the long-time President of Cowin and Company, a fabricator of reinforcement, prestressing materials and accessories for the concrete construction industry. Applicants must be in the first year of the Master's program in Civil (Structural) Engineering* at The University of Manitoba, must have an outstanding awards grade point average (minimum 3.5), plus a strong academic performance in courses related to structural engineering.* Starting in 2001-2002 academic session, two scholarships of $4,000 each will be offered.
