Eligibility Applications are not being accepted at this time Mary Perlmutter Scholarship The annual scholarship is named after COG past-president and long-time organic grower Mary Perlmutter. The intent of the award is to promote and encourage research of benefit to organic growers. Candidate qualifications In 2006 the scholarship will be open to students. Candidates must have obtained satisfactory results in undergraduate studies in a recognized Canadian college or university and have been admitted to the faculty of their choice. The scholarship is open to Canadian citizens or landed immigrants. The decision of the Selection Committee will be based upon the studentís academic transcript, the relevant benefit of proposed research to organic growers and on reference letters.
