Eligibility A private donor has offered to establish an award at The University of Manitoba. The purpose of the donoation is to encourage and reward interdisciplinary approaches to history. In this context, "interdisciplinary" shall mean that the project makes use of a technique or techniques normally associated with fields other than history. If, in the judgement of the selection committee, this criterion is not met in any given year, there will be no award in that year. Any major, honours, or graduate student taking history courses at The University of Manitoba is eligible for the award.
