Eligibility	The Inter-City Gas Corporation has established an endowment fund with the University of Manitoba to commemorate Mr. Osler's long and distinguished association with that company. The proceeds from investment of the fund shall be used as follows: 1)to provide scholarship support for students undertaking full-time doctoral studies in Management, Engineering or Science; 2)to maintain the value of the fund through reinvestment. Scholarship recipients shall be selected solely on the basis of outstanding academic merit from among eligible students who are University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship applicants. This award may be held with national awards. Recipients of support from this fund are to be known as Gordon P. Oslser Graduate Scholars, and they shall suitably acknowledge support from this fund in any publications or proceedings arising from the scholarly activities undertaken during tenure of their scholarship.
