Eligibility	The friends and colleagues of Edith Parker have established a fund at The University of Manitoba to provide scholarships in support of graduate studies in perinatal or administrative nursing education. The Manitoba Scholarship and Bursary Initiative has made a contribution to this fund. Edith Parker, a winner of the Canadian Obstetrical Gynecological and Neonatal Nurses (COGNN) Award of Excellence and the Manitoba Association of Registered Nurses (MARN) Award of Excellence for Nursing Administration, made significant contributions to maternal/child nursing clinical practice and administration throughout her career. The scholarship is to be offered to a student who: is enrolled full-time or part-time in the Faculty of Graduate Studies, in a graduate program delivered by the Faculty of Nursing; has achieved a minimum degree grade point average of 3.5 G.P.A.: has demonstrated a research, clinical, or educational interest in nursing administration of maternal/child nursing.
