Eligibility In memory of their son, Michael, who died of leukemia in 1989 at the age of 63, Steve and Anna Zurawecki of The Pas, Manitoba, have established a fund of $50,000 at The University of Manitoba. The fellowship will be awarded each year either:
  • to a full-time graduate student at The University of Manitoba in the interdisciplinary M.A. or Ph.D. program in Ukrainian Canadian Heritage Studies; or,
  • to a post-doctoral fellow associated with the Centre for Ukrainian Canadian Studies at The University of Manitoba who is engaged in research in the area of Ukrainian Canadian Heritage Studies
  • Value avaialbe annual interest earned on fund
