Eligibility	The Office of the Mayor of Winnipeg offers an annual medal to a student graduating from the Master's program in City Planning at the University of Manitoba. This medal is awarded to a student who: has completed the degree requirements for the Master of City Planning degree in the Faculty of Graduate Studies; has achieved high academic standing in courses taken as part of this degree; has made a significant contribution in the area of Urban Studies, as deemed by the selection committee. The selection committee shall be named by the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and shall include a representative(s) from the Department of City Planning.
