Eligibility	Doctoral Student Research Award provide recognition and support for exceptional students pursuing a doctorate degree in the field of diabetes in Canada. Candidates are expected to have an exceptionally high potential for future research achievement and productivity. Students who are enrolled in a full-time graduate program in diabetes research are eligible for support. At the time of application the candidates must have completed at least 12 months of graduate study at the Master's or PhD level and have been registered for no more than 36 months as a full-time student in a doctoral program.
