Eligibility	Through a generous anonymous donation and a contribution from the Manitoba Scholarship and Bursary Initiative, an endowment fund has been established at the University of Manitoba in honour of Berdie and Irvin Cohen. The fund shall provide one fellowship to a graduate student who: has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from any post-secondary institution achieved a minimum cumulative grade point average 3.5 (or equivalent) on all undergraduate and graduate courses enrols full- or part-time in any year of study in the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of Manitoba, specifically n Engineering (any discipline) shows great promise as a researcher in the chosen area of Engineering
