Eligibility	The Engineering Class of 1946 Scholarship shall be offered to the graduate student who: (1)is the top student among all entering either the Master of Science program in the Electrical Engineering or the Master of Science program in Civil Engineering in a given year; (2) has achieved high standing in the sciences, including mathematics, physics & chemistry (3) shows evidence of leadership qualities and personal initiative demonstrated by holding office, receiving awards, or making recognized contributions in extra-curricular activities in the latter years of high school and in the first full year of university study.
