Through a bequest from Freda Driben, an endowment fund of $20,000 has been established at The University of Manitoba to provide support to graduate students in Social Work. Enid Driben-Triller, Freda’s daughter, graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1981 with a Bachelor of Social Work.
The scholarship will be offered to a graduate student:
is enrolled part-time or full-time n the Faculty of Graduate Studies in the first year of the Ph.D. program in Social Work at the University of Manitoba
was the student admitted to the program with the highest grade point average (minimum grade point average of 3.0) |
