Master's Student Research Fellowship are awarded to student enrolled in Master's programmes outside India with a signigicant India STudies focus to enable them to conduct research in India towards their degree. Lal Bahadur Shastri Student Prize is seeking applications for the best student papers on India in Canada. Entries are invited on any topic with specific relevance to India, including economics, environment, history, law, literature, politics, philosophy, social studies, humanities, science or women's studies. Shastri Institute/University of Ottawa Study-Jainism-in-India Summer Course is for graduate students with an interest in India Studies or advanced undergraduate students who have completed 3 years of UG study, including some component of India Studies coursework (in Religious Studies, History, or Philosophy etc.) or have a particular interest in India Studies.
