Eligibility |
Post-Secondary Student Support Program provides financial assistance to First Nation and Inuit students who are pursuing post-secondary education. Students must meet the following criteria: * be status or Registered Indians or recognized Inuit * ordinarily reside in Canada * other criteria may apply. Financial assistance includes funds for tuition fees and travel and living expenses. Legal Studies for Aboriginal People Program promotes the equitable representation of Aboriginal people in the legal profession by providing bursaris to Métis and non-status Indians who wish to attend law school. Applicants must meet the following criteria: * be Métis or Non-Status Indian * demonstrate financial need * demonstrate potential to success in law school * other criteria may apply |
