Eligibility Ann Collins Whitmore Memorial Scholarship (ACWMS) provides for awards for applicants who have completed a professional physiotherapy program and are enrolled in a PhD or post-professional Masters Program. Applicants must be involved in a research project that is part of the academic requirements for completion of their program. Value: up to $4,000 Ann Collins Whitmore Entry Student Competition Each School of Physiotherapy is invited to submit the top research paper from entry-level students. Three students, representing each of the top three papers to be selected by PFC's Scientific Awards Committee, will be provided with a travel bursary of $1,500 to attend and present their paper at Congress. The winner, who will be announced at Congress will receive a $1,000 grant. The Dominion Physiotherapy Research Scholarship is offered to post licensure physiotherapy students at teh Masters and PhD level. Applicants must be involved in a research project that is part of the academic requirements for completion of their program. Value: one award up to $4,000 HSFC/PFC Scholarship in Physiotherapy Research The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada is collaborating with the Physiotherapy Foundation of Canada to offer the scholarship which will recognize one Masters-Level (value $4,000) and one Doctoral-lvel (value $5,000) highly qualified academic researcher at the early stages of their career who are pursuing physiotherapy research training in an area relevant to cardiovascluar disease or stroke care and rehabilitation.
