Eligibility Financial assistance is available to students in their quest for higher learning at a recognized university, community college, techinical institute or other post-secondary institution for advanced education. Kin Canada Bursaries are awarded based on the following: * Financial need * Community and Volunteer Involvement * Knowledge of/Experience with Kinsmen and Kinettes. Eligibility: * Canadian citizen of landed immigrant * plan to be a full-time student in the next academic school year at a recognized university, community college, technical institute or othre post-secondary institution for advanced learning * demonstrate high ideals and qualities of citizenship, and have not previously received a bursary from the Hal Rogers Endowment Fund * Complete and mail the standard current application form to one only of a Kinsmen Kinette, or Kin club nearest your permanent residence.
