Eligibility The Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowhsip Plan (CSFP) was established in 1959 with the goal to nurture educational links among Commonwealth countries and to strengthen the ideals upon which the Commonwealth was founded. Applications are open to citizens of any Commonwealth country except those from the same country as the award.
Value Scholarships are tenable for one academic year and includes: return economy class airfare, personal living allowance, accommodation expenses, and other study and medical allowances
