Eligibility	The Faculty of Graduate Studies will fund the second year of a Master's student who held a Tri-Council CGSM or PGSM award in the first year of their Master's program. The award will be valued up to the same rate as the recipient's Tri-Council award. This award program is subject to the availability of funds from the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The University of Manitoba Tri-Council Master's Supplement Award will be offered to graduate students who: were new recipients of a Tri-Council CGSM or PGSM award offered through one of the following programs: CIHR Canada Graduate Scholarships Master's Awards, NSERC Postgraduate Scholarships, NSERC Canada Graduate Student Scholarships, SSHRC Canada Graduate Scholarships; and have not received funding equal to or greater than the value of this award in the second year of their Master's program.

Application Details	Faculty of Graduate Studies No application is required; if eligible, recipients are first notified on their original Tri-Agency CGSM or PGSM offer letter sent by the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Recipients will also receive an official TMSA offer letter in April/May of each year which will include instructions on how to activate their TMSA award.
